Safe for extended use. 18+ Years old: Acute: 3 times daily 5 sprays into the mouth. Preventive: 2 times daily 5 sprays into the mouth. 6+ Years old: Acute: 3 times daily 2 sprays into the mouth. Preventive: 2 times daily 2 sprays into the mouth. For optimal effectiveness, continue using it for at least 3 days after symptoms subside. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor before use.
