| Directions Of Use | Use undiluted, or mix the entire contents with 150 ml organic sesame (not toasted), sunflower, or coconut oil-i.e. 1:3 ratio. Blending can extend use up to 4 weeks. Swish 4x per week after tongue cleaning and toothbrushing: Use 1 Tbsp blended mixture. If undiluted, use 1 tsp concentrate alone or with a little water. Slowly swish it in your mouth and "chew" for 5-15 minutes. When done, do not swallow but spit into the toilet (not into the sink). Rinse your mouth with lukewarm, salt water. |
